We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from delivery delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty.
Standard items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
